SHANE VARJASSY

Shane is an Associate at Maurice Law, practicing within both the Specific Claims and Litigation groups. He has appeared before the Specific Claims Tribunal, the Saskatchewan Court of King’s Bench, and the Federal Court of Canada.

After articling with a firm in Saskatoon, he was called to the Saskatchewan Bar and joined Maurice Law in 2022. Shane now practices from Maurice Law’s Calgary office.

Before his call to the Bar, Shane gained valuable experience representing clients before administrative tribunals, including the Office of Residential Tenancies, Immigration and Refugee Board, and Saskatchewan Human Rights Commission.

Shane has a black belt in taekwondo.
