Abdallah Butt

Abdallah is an Associate at Maurice Law, working with First Nations on a broad range of legal matters with a focus on civil litigation and Specific Claims. Before joining the firm, he practised corporate and commercial law in Toronto, where he worked on complex transactions across multiple industries. Abdallah later worked as Civil Practice Lead for Nunavut Legal Aid, managing lawyers and advancing strategic litigation across the Territory, while regularly appearing before the Nunavut Court of Justice. Abdallah is committed to advancing Indigenous self-determination through strategic advocacy that holds institutions accountable.
