Anjalika Rogers is a seasoned litigator with over a decade of experience representing First Nation governments in claims involving Treaty and Aboriginal rights before courts across Canada, including the Federal Court, Federal Court of Appeal, and the Specific Claims Tribunal. She has argued cases at all three levels of court in British Columbia and appeared before administrative tribunals such as the British Columbia Securities Commission.

Her growing expertise in administrative law led her to a role with a provincial regulatory body, where she litigated cases before a three-member tribunal and contributed to drafting legislation and policy.
Since joining Maurice Law in 2019, Anjalika has handled a wide range of litigation matters including the duty to consult, band governance, election misconduct, taxation on reserve, breach of contract, environmental contamination, judicial reviews, and appeals.
