IJEOMA OKONKWO

Ijeoma serves as a legal assistant and provides a supporting role to the firm’s lawyers, particularly in the areas of Corporate Commercial Law. Her responsibilities include maintaining clients’ corporate Minute Books, drafting a variety of legal documents such as incorporation papers, resolutions, and correspondence, and assisting with the setup and organization of corporate structures for clients.

Prior to joining Maurice Law in 2022, Ijeoma trained as a lawyer in Nigeria, and brings over a decade of experience in legal research and practice.
