Crystal is a member of Yellow Quill First Nation and joined Maurice Law in 2015, following many years of practicing law in both the public and private sectors. Crystal’s key areas of practice include corporate/commercial with an emphasis on Indigenous business & economic development, First Nation governance, legislative development, Impact Benefit Agreements and renewable energy matters. Crystal has significant experience in corporate governance, energy law, corporate reorganizations, development of complex corporate structures.
