We prepare and file claims with the Specific Claims Branch or a Declaration of Claim with the Specific Claims Tribunal based on whether the claim has been denied previously by the federal government.

What We Do.

Maurice Law is a national Indigenous owned law firm that specializes in advancing Specific Claims against the federal government concerning the misadministration of land, rights and assets (and other dispositions of wealth including future loss of income), as well as addressing the government’s failure to uphold its solemn Treaty promises.
